Burgland Tech helps companies achieve their missions by building the technology strategy, risk, and delivery capabilities they need to grow with confidence. We work with organizations of all sizes, from regulated enterprises to small businesses, who need practical guidance, not just a framework on paper.
Our approach comes from having sat on both sides of the table: inside engineering teams building the systems, and inside the risk and leadership functions governing them. That perspective shapes everything we do, so a client’s mission, not their compliance calendar, stays the focus.
Brianna Landry, CGEIT, CRISC, is the CEO and Founder of Burgland Tech. She brings nearly three decades of technology and risk leadership from some of the country’s most recognized and highly regulated organizations.
Brianna started her career at Southwest Research Institute, designing hardware and software for avionics systems on Department of Defense contract programs. That early grounding in engineering discipline carried through a 24-year career at USAA, a Fortune 100 financial institution, where she progressed from software engineer to senior technology executive leading global teams across bank operations, fraud, and omni-channel technology.
She went on to build the enterprise technology governance and risk management function from the ground up at Pentagon Federal Credit Union, a $35B+ federally chartered credit union, reporting directly to the CIO. From there, she led technology compliance for CVS Health, a Fortune 5 healthcare company, where she built a regulatory technology team and modernized enterprise GRC through automation and AI-assisted controls monitoring.
Brianna founded Burgland Tech to bring that same combination, deep engineering roots and executive risk leadership, to companies who need both to achieve their mission.
